Ember Recreational Vehicles Announces Sales Team Expansion – RVBusiness – Breaking RV Industry News
BRISTOL, Ind. – With an expanding dealer network and a growing portfolio of innovative RVs, Ember Recreational Vehicles is bolstering its sales team to provide enhanced, personalized support for its partners and to drive focus on sales success in 2025.
The company announced the promotion of Brent Shuttleworth to National Sales Manager and the addition of new regional sales managers to strengthen its commitment to dealer relationships and customer satisfaction.
Shuttleworth previously served as Ember’s Western Regional Sales Manager. Shuttleworth, a graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in Communications and a former high jumper on their track team, started working in the RV industry in retail in 2013. From there, he was hired as an RSM on the wholesale side in 2015. Shuttleworth will also manage the newly formed Central territory for Ember. He brings enthusiasm for Ember and serving its dealer partners well. He is excited to continue growing his career with Ember and continue to help grow the organization.
Mark Topor, based out of Las Vegas, Nev., has joined the team to serve as Ember’s Western Regional Sales Manager. Topor brings with him over a decade of RV industry experience. He began his career in retail and then embarked on his wholesale RV career in 2015. Since then, Mark has been a respected sales representative for all industry segments, most recently motorized.
“We’re fired up to have Mark join the growing Ember’s sales team,” remarked Shuttleworth, National Sales Manager for Ember. “His experience and understanding of the RV industry, along with his fantastic dealer relationships, make him a great addition to our team. We are poised and ready to keep growing in 2025.”
Rocco Lisa, who joined the Ember team in April of 2024, manages the Southern territory. Lisa brings over 10 years of experience in RV OEM sales as a District Sales Manager to the Ember sales team. His broad experience, sales training skills, and strong work ethic make him well-suited to serve Ember’s Southern and Southeastern dealer networks.
David Blea, Regional Sales Manager for the East, has been a part of the Ember team since 2022. A decorated former Marine Corps Infantryman, Blea spent the previous nine years before coming to Ember building his career in the industry on the supplier side. He has held various positions in operations management and sales, where he was focused on team engagement to develop innovative solutions for customers. Blea brings a passion for family and service and believes every day is an opportunity for growth that is rooted in integrity.
