‘Elevation’ Unveils 3 & 7 Series Units at Elkhart Open House – RVBusiness – Breaking RV Industry News

The new Elevation 7 Series 106 features an open bathroom concept that turns the bedroom into a master suite.

The Elevation Park Model Company continues to see growth as it completes its second full year in business.

It recently released its 7 Series and 3 Series models, as the company works to hit different price points for its customers.

The 3 Series is designed more as a rental unit or for the growing number of families that are seeking to own a park model RV. Its MSRP sits at $56,7000.

Woodall’s Campground Magazine (WCM) was able to tour a 3 Series unit at the Elkhart RV Open House on Monday (Sept. 25). It featured a King bed, a front living room, washer/dryer hookups, a full kitchen and bath, plus a loft.

WCM was also able to check out a new 7 Series unit. This new series is designed to sit at the higher end of the spectrum. The 7-106 unit that WCM toured has an MSRP of $91,400.

“The people who are buying park models right now still want those higher-end features,” Joel Lederman, co-founder of the company, explained.

The unit WCM toured included Anderson windows, a front kitchen with a rolling island, blinds located inside the doors, hardwood trim, a unique open format bathroom that made the back bedroom more of a master suite and more.

The Elevation 3 Series is designed to hit a lower price point and also offers rental options for park owners.

Each of the units that Elevation produces are fully customizable.

“We are seeing a lot of activity up in Canada at the moment,” noted Lederman.

Even though inflation rates are starting to impact the PMRV sector, Lederman told WCM that he expects the segment to continue growing.

“We feel great with how we started and there is a feeling that things are trending upwards,” he said.
