East to West Continues to Advance in Quality with DSI Awards – RVBusiness – Breaking RV Industry News
ELKHART, Ind. – East to West RV, a division of Forest River, Inc. is being honored by the RV Dealers Association (RVDA’s) on Nov. 7, 2023 with five brands earning Quality Circle Awards for achieving the highest scores in the Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) survey.
East to West’s Della Terra, Silver Lake, Alta, Tandara, and Ahara scored 4.25 or above on a 5-point scale in overall dealer satisfaction in the RVDA’s survey conducted in June through September this year. The DSI Survey is a confidential survey measuring dealers’ satisfaction in four core areas: Reliability/Quality, Parts, Warranty and Sales.
“This is a very exciting time for East to West RV as we continue to grow and strive for continual improvement in our products, quality and performance” states Eric Sharp, Co-General Manager of East to West RV and one of Forest River’s veterans in RV production. “Our goal has been to provide dealers with a quality-built product from our inception in 2017. There are many construction benefits, such as 5/8” tongue and groove plywood floor decking and 2” x 3” interior walls, that are incorporated into each brand. These benefits, not visible to the eye, ensure the unit’s longevity and provide a customer with the best camping experience.”
Eric Sharp and Todd Grubb, General Manager of East to West RV’s Alta brand will be in attendance to receive the awards this week at RVDA’s Las Vegas Convention.
