Dometic Plans Non-Cash Goodwill Impairment Impacting Q3 – RVBusiness – Breaking RV Industry News
STOCKHOLM – After conducting an assessment of the carrying value of Dometic’s assets and considering the macroeconomic situation and weakened market conditions highlighted in a press release on Sept. 17, Dometic will perform a non-cash goodwill impairment of SEK 2.0 b. (USD 190 m.), negatively impacting the operating profit (EBIT) for segment Land Vehicles Americas in the third quarter 2024.
The impairment will not have any impact on EBITA, cash flow or the net debt to EBITDA leverage ratio.
Dometic’s report for the third quarter will be published on October 23, 2024.
