Dometic and Jeep Performance Parts Debut ARTT Concept – RVBusiness – Breaking RV Industry News
At this past weekend’s Overland Expo West, Dometic welcomed Jeep Performance Parts (JPP) into its booth to debut the Dometic-designed Awning and Roof Top Tent (ARTT) concept.
This new concept features a sleek, low-profile hard top roof that transforms into a built-in roof top tent, utilizing Dometic’s advanced AIR Frame Inflation technology. This innovative system includes a 270-degree awning integration, offering a seamless solution to common pain points of roof top tents. By serving as the actual roof of the vehicle, rather than mounting on a traditional roof rack, the ARTT concept reduces added weight and drag while journeying- enhancing both driving efficiency and vehicle stability. Designed to be ready in just minutes, the AIR Frame technology is sturdy, reliable and lightweight enough to suit compact vehicles.
