Coachmen RV Shares ‘Heartfelt’ Story of Brookstone 318RLL – RVBusiness – Breaking RV Industry News

ELKHART, Ind. – Coachmen Recreational Vehicles, a division of Forest River, Inc., presents the Brookstone 318RLL, “a functional, user-friendly fifth wheel designed with best in class towing to keep RVers moving and ample amenities to strengthen the passion for the great outdoors,” according to a press release.

“Boasting an exterior length of over 42 feet, the Brookstone 318RLL features a 20-foot electric awning with LED lighting and the option to include a second, 11-foot awning. The exterior back-up and sideview camera prep offer added safety while on the road or at camp. Solid main entry steps feature an extra-large top step and LED entry step lighting to keep travelers and their guests safe,” the release stated.

Inside, the Brookstone 318RLL offers a 16-cubic-foot side-by-side stainless glass 12-volt refrigerator with smart touch functions, upgraded GE Profile 30-inch stainless microwave and 24-inch four-burner range and an upgraded walnut spice rack. Cleanup is easy thanks to the kitchen’s solid surface countertops, modern high-rise kitchen faucet, and an extra deep stainless steel single basin sink.

A welcoming living area provides added comfort with Thomas Payne Theater Seating, Thomas Payne Memory Foam Trifold Hide-a-Bed Sofa, and LED motion sensor lighting in select models. The bedroom’s king bed, board and batten headboard, and walnut bedside nightstands in select models provide a warm, cozy oasis. The Brookstone 318RLL is also prepared for a washer and dryer.

“What truly makes the Brookstone 318RLL special is the industry’s first rear pontoon open-air deck featuring a marine-grade L-shaped pontoon sofa, enclosed mini-fridge, marine swivel table, and dual motorhome-style scissor awnings, the release stated, noting, “The Brookstone 318RLL holds a special place in Coachmen Fifth Wheels General Manager Greg Lebold’s heart, as this floorplan came to life with credit to his wife Kendra Lebold, Director of Sales at Lippert Marine, and a conversation with his late father reminding them to ‘stick together and we will do special things.’”

“Our goal in designing the Brookstone 318RLL was all about pushing the limits of what an RV can do,” said Greg Lebold. “Innovation is the only way we are going to grow our industry as a whole, not just a single division. I hope to see more of this within our industry. If my dad could see it now, he’d probably just smile at what our teams have been able to accomplish.” To learn more about Coachmen’s Brookstone lineup, visit https://coachmenrv.com/brookstone.
