Camping World to Acquire Travel Land RV in Michigan

LINCOLNSHIRE, Ill. – Camping World Holdings Inc. (NYSE: CWH), today announced in a press release an agreement to acquire Travel Land RV Center in Houghton Lake, Mich.

This is the fourth Camping World (CW) acquisition announced on the past several weeks. On April 5, CW announced it would acquire Breeden RV Center in Van Buren, Ark.On March 27, CW announced an agreement to acquire two locations of Utah-based Carbon Emery RV. On March 14, the company announced it would acquire Pan Pacific RV Center’s two northern California RV dealerships located in French Camp and Morgan Hill.

The Travel Land RV Center acquisition is anticipated to close in the second quarter of 2023, according to a release, and will increase the company’s Michigan location count to seven.

The new location will primarily offer a wide range of new and used Keystone RVs along with service, collision, parts and accessories, and the entire portfolio of Good Sam products and services.
