Camping World to Acquire Roy Robinson RV Center in Wash.

LINCOLNSHIRE, Ill. – Camping World Holdings Inc. (NYSE: CWH), America’s Recreation Dealer, today announced that it is set to acquire Roy Robinson RV Center, located in the greater Seattle, Wash., market.

The acquisition is expected to close in the third quarter of 2023 and will increase the company’s Washington location count to seven, according to a release.

“Roy Robinson RV Center has been proudly serving the greater Seattle market for over 30 years. This mega center enhances our parts and service operations in the state with over 24 service bays and a state-of-the-art collision center,” stated Marcus Lemonis, CEO and chairman of Camping World.

Roy Robinson RV Center is located at 15855 Smokey Point Blvd, Marysville, WA 98271.

The new mega center will prominently feature Winnebago Industries products.
