Camping World Set to Acquire Carbon Emery RV in Utah

LINCOLNSHIRE, Ill. – Camping World Holdings Inc. (NYSE: CWH), today (March 27) announced an agreement to acquire Utah-based Carbon Emery RV. This acquisition includes two dealerships conveniently located along historic US Route 6 between Provo and Interstate 70. It is anticipated to close in the second quarter of 2023 and will increase the company’s Utah location count to six.

“Carbon Emery RV expands our presence into the important national park corridor of central Utah, and post-acquisition we expect to solidify our position as the number one RV retailer by unit volume in Utah,” said Marcus Lemonis, chairman and CEO of Camping World.

Carbon Emery North Lot is located at 5129 N. Hwy 6, Helper, Carbon County, UT 84526. Carbon Emery South Lot is located at 4590 N. Hwy 6, Helper, Carbon County, UT 84526.

The new SuperCenters will offer a wide range of new and used RVs from top brands along with a full assortment of RV and outdoor products and accessories and the entire portfolio of Good Sam products and services.
