Camping World Closes Deal on Lazydays in Sturtevant, Wis. – RVBusiness – Breaking RV Industry News

LINCOLNSHIRE, Ill. – Camping World Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CWH), the world’s largest RV dealer, today announced that it has closed on the asset purchase of Lazydays in Sturtevant, Wis. The company expects to close on additional locations in the coming weeks.
Marcus Lemonis, Chairman and CEO of Camping World, commented, “The acquisition of the Sturtevant location is a significant accomplishment for our company. We have long been fans of the location’s original founder, Tim Wegge, and the Burlington RV brand prior to the Lazydays acquisition. We know that Tim built strong processes with great people and look forward to resurrecting this location’s market dominance.”
The news comes soon after after Camping World closed on the asset and real estate purchase of Lazydays locations in Surprise, Ariz., Murfreesboro, Tenn., and , Wash. The company announced in November last year that it would be acquiring seven stores from Lazydays.
