Camping World Acquires All Seasons; Sonny’s is Next

Camping World Holdings Inc. (NYSE: CWH), the World’s Largest Recreation Dealer, today announced that it has closed on the acquisition of All Seasons RV in Yuba City, Calif.

The announcement was first made on April 17 that Camping World would be acquiring the dealership, which for years had been owned by Ernie Friesen and his son, Darryl.

Camping World Chairman and CEO Marcus Lemonis remarked, “As we continue our rapid pace of growth, the opening of this dealership marks our 198th RV dealership and further solidifies our position as the number one RV retailer in California, one of America’s largest RV markets.”

The SuperCenter is located at 3300 Colusa Highway, Yuba City, and offers a wide range of new and used RVs from top manufacturers in addition to a full assortment of RV and outdoor products and accessories and the entire portfolio of Good Sam products and services.

In a separate release, Sonny’s RV in Casper, Wyo., announced it was in acquisitions discussions with Camping World. This follows Camping World’s July 10 announcement that it would be acquiring Sonny’s RV.

“After being in business for almost 25 years to the Casper community and surrounding areas, we are excited to announce Sonny’s RVs is in negotiations with Camping World,” Mike Rone, general manager and owner, said in the Sonny’s RV release.

Financial details were not available, but the transaction is expected to be completed by the end of this year.
