Brown Named RVDA RV Learning Center Education Director – RVBusiness – Breaking RV Industry News
FAIRFAX, Va. – The national RV Dealers Association (RVDA) and the Mike Molino RV Learning Center announce that Ally Brown has joined the staff as Education Director.
In her new role, Brown will oversee the RV Learning Center’s fixed operations online training and certification programs and serve as team leader for the educational workshop tracks at the RV Dealers Convention/Expo. She succeeds long-time RV Learning Center Executive Director Karin Van Duyse, who is retiring at the end of June 2025.
Previously, Brown provided strategic planning and instructional design support for Vista Cova, served as Vice President for Learning at the Society for Imaging Informatics in Medicine and was the Associate Director for Online Learning at the American Psychiatric Association. She earned a Master of Science degree in Instructional Design and Technology from Bellevue University.
“Ally brings a strong track record in continuing education for early- and mid-career professionals, and we’re excited to benefit from the expertise she brings to the RV Learning Center’s training and certification programs,” said RVDA President Phil Ingrassia. “We also are thankful for Karin’s years of service to RV dealers across the country. She has helped build a strong foundation for the association’s education programs and made a lasting impact on the RV Learning Center.”
The Mike Molino RV Learning Center provides training, certification, and educational resources specifically designed for RV industry retail professionals.
