Aqua-Hot Will Help You Add Heated Floors to Your Camper Van
Aqua-Hot—a subsidiary brand of Airxcel—has announced a new DIY kit that allows builders to add heated flooring to camper vans and overlanding vehicles. The kit utilizes the company’s Aqua-Hot 125 hydronic system to bring radiant in-floor heating to Class B RVs with PEX-based flooring.
The system operates in its own designated zones within the vehicle and is controlled by an Aqua-Hot touch screen. The company says the kit comes with a mixing valve, a whisper-quiet circulation pump, a non-return check valve, a thermistor, and all the clamps and fittings needed to complete the installation. Once in place, it is completely out of sight and entirely silent.
“The Aqua-Hot 125 provides heat and on-demand hot water, and with this new accessory kit, customers can also enjoy the luxury of a heated floor powered by the quiet and efficient performance of an Aqua-Hot,” said Aqua-Hot business unit manager Mark Davis in a press release. “We continually strive to find ways to improve the RV experience, and this new product adds an elevated layer of comfort for RV enthusiasts.”
The Aqua-Hot foot heating kit is available now. For more information, visit the Aqua-Hot website.
