A viral video shows a large alligator swimming through the water at Everglades National Park carrying a feast—a gigantic python. Spectators were in shock as an Everglades tour guide recorded the moment using her phone, and her video exploded in popularity, as many people had never seen anything like it before.

The guide, Kelly Alvarez, told USA Today that she was giving her tour on Thanksgiving morning when a young child began screaming about something in the water. It was an alligator named Godzilla with a dead python in its jaws. It wasn’t just any python, though, it was massive—much larger than the gator itself. Alvarez called the sight “gnarly.”

When Godzilla came swimming by with its catch of the day, Alvarez’s group was up on an observation tower, which gave Alvarez the perfect vantage point for her viral video. You’ve just got to see it to believe it.
