ELKHART, Ind. — Alliance RV is proud to announce its receipt of the coveted Quality Circle Award from the Recreational Vehicle Dealers Association (RVDA) in their 27th Annual Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) Survey. This accolade underscores Alliance RV’s dedication to excellence in the RV industry and unwavering support for our valued dealer partners, according to a release.
For the third year in a row, Alliance RV has distinguished itself by receiving top marks from our dealer partners in the categories of reliability/quality, parts, warranty, and sales.

The DSI Survey serves as a vital resource for both dealers and customers, spotlighting manufacturers who excel in various aspects of dealer and customer support. RVDA Chairman of the Board, Nathan Hart, extended his appreciation to participating dealers and congratulated the manufacturers who earned Quality Circle Awards this year.
The DSI survey garnered responses from 520 dealership locations in the U.S. and Canada, amassing 2,672 brand ratings, with an average of over five ratings per dealer. The DSI survey’s collective results will be featured in the December issue of RV Executive Today.
