The Alliance RV team surprised Coley and Ryan Brady by distributing hundreds of posters of their faces to”Ally Rally” attendees.

GOSHEN, Ind. – Highlighted by co-founders Coley and Ryan Brady addressing the 700-plus attendees, the 2024 Alliance RV “Ally Rally” is underway this week at the Elkhart County Fairgrounds. The fifth annual event, which runs through Friday, May 31, includes 325 Alliance-branded towable RVs, including Paradigm, Avenue and Valor fifth-wheels and Delta travel trailers.

Over the course of the three days, “Allies” – what Alliance RV owners have coined themselves – are being treated to factory tours, educational seminars, live entertainment, camaraderie, and service and repair opportunities from Alliance technicians as well as those from suppliers including MORryde, Airxcel and Lippert, among others.

Coley and Ryan Brady’s presentation helped kick things off Wednesday morning, and the two offered a state of the industry and an overview of their 650-employee company before fielding several questions from the audience.

Perhaps the biggest takeaway from their message is that, while the rest of the industry is faced with a soft retail market, Alliance RV is doing very well. In fact, they said 2024 is shaping up to be their best year ever.

“Well, honestly, yeah, we are,” Coley Brady told RVBusiness following their presentation. “2024 year-to-date has been very good. Our revenue top line will be our best since our existence from the very beginning. So, yeah, it’s the flight to quality and winning brands. Dealers are being selective, as I mentioned, and turning to those brands that are turning the fastest, that are built with the best quality, and that’s where we’re winning right now.”

For his part, Ryan Brady touched on the energetic atmosphere of the room, which will only grow as the rally continues on.

“For us it’s that sense of community,” he explained. “I mean, we refer to them as ‘Allies’ and we’re creating advocates out in the campground. So, these customers, they come here, they experience that Alliance magic, that service experience, that high-touch experience. And they go out ‘into the wild’ we refer to it as, and they tell their friends, they tell their fellow campers the experience that they had.

“And then, from a product standpoint, we use this as an avenue to get that feedback, to improve our products, to improve our brands, our offerings – and we do that by listening this week.”

Coley added that the complimentary minor service work available from the manufacturer is “something that the attendees absolutely love. So yes, that’s a big component of what we’re doing here.”

While Alliance prides itself on its quality, Ryan acknowledged even their company’s “rolling homes” will sometimes need some repairs. And what sets Alliance apart – and what their dealer partners have come to appreciate, he pointed out – is that the manufacturer will stand behind their product.

“A hundred percent. We put our quality up against anyone. In talking to dealers and talking to customers, we think we’re best in class in terms of quality,” Ryan told RVBusiness. “But at the same time, it is a rolling home and it’s not if, it’s when that service need arises. That’s when we’re able to show our true colors.”
