AEONrv Named Nevada Manufacturing Company of the Year – RVBusiness – Breaking RV Industry News

RENO, Nev. — AEONrv, the innovative Reno-based manufacturer redefining the recreational vehicle industry, has been recognized by Nevada’s Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology (NCET) as the 2025 Manufacturing Company of the Year. This prestigious award highlights AEONrv’s remarkable achievements in advanced manufacturing, technological innovation, and economic contribution to Northern Nevada, according to a release.
Each year, NCET recognizes Nevada companies that advance the state’s technology ecosystem and demonstrate leadership in innovation, community collaboration, and sustainable growth. AEONrv stood out for its transformative approach to RV manufacturing, introducing a product that’s not only industry-disrupting but also rooted in Nevada-based engineering and manufacturing.
“Winning the NCET Manufacturing Company of the Year award is a big milestone for us,” said Jim Ritchie, CEO of AEONrv. “It validates our commitment to building something bold and new—not just for the RV market, but for Nevada’s future as a center for innovation and high-tech manufacturing.”
Built for off-road exploration and all-season comfort, AEONrv’s flagship model is a new category of vehicle—engineered on a rugged Ford Transit chassis, equipped with marine-grade materials, intelligent off-grid systems, and modern design tailored to today’s outdoor adventurers.

Operating out of a 70,000-square-foot facility in Reno, AEONrv has scaled rapidly—employing over 50 team members, fueling local job creation, and boosting in-house production. To date, the company has produced over 60 vehicles and is on track to exceed its goal of delivering 100 units by the end of 2025.
In addition to manufacturing success, AEONrv is investing in Nevada’s future through partnerships with the University of Nevada, Reno’s Mechanical Engineering Program and Manufacture Nevada. These programs provide hands-on internships that equip students with real-world experience in engineering, systems integration, and product development.
“We’re proud to innovate in our industry and invest in Nevada’s future,” added Ritchie. “By mentoring local engineering students and expanding our team here in Reno, we’re proving that high-tech manufacturing and cutting-edge innovation belong in Northern Nevada.”
As AEONrv continues to scale, it remains committed to growing its Reno roots—creating high-quality jobs, supporting education, and delivering high-tech recreational vehicles that push the boundaries of innovation.
The NCET Technology Awards, now in its 18th year, recognize companies and individuals driving technological advancement and community enrichment in Northern Nevada. AEONrv was formally honored at the NCET Tech Awards ceremony on May 20 at the Grand Sierra Resort in Reno. Tickets and additional information are available at www.NCETawards.org.
