GOSHEN, Ind. – Dutchmen, a leading manufacturer of towable recreational vehicles and a division of Keystone RV, an operating company of THOR Industries, proudly announces the appointment of Aaron Young as the company’s new president, effective Feb. 12, 2024.
Young fills the position previously held by Kyle Kwasny, who in August 2023 was named president of Heartland RV Co.
In his new role, Young will spearhead Dutchmen’s sales organization, leveraging his extensive experience and insights to bolster the company’s market presence and strengthen relationships with dealers. With a career spanning decades in the recreational vehicle industry, Young brings invaluable knowledge and a proven track record of success to his leadership position, according to a release.

Having commenced his journey in the RV industry on the production line, the release continued, Young demonstrated exceptional leadership and dedication, swiftly rising through the ranks to assume roles of increasing responsibility. His tenure as District Sales Manager and subsequent promotion to General Manager underscore his unwavering commitment to driving growth and innovation within the company.
Following his decade-long tenure with Dutchmen, Young ventured into the realm of RV dealership management in 2023, where he further honed his strategic acumen and customer-centric approach. Now, equipped with a wealth of experience and a renewed sense of purpose, Young returns to Dutchmen poised to lead the company into its next phase of evolution.
