INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Relentless Dealer Services, an APCO Holdings brand, has announced its first RV and Marine F&I training class for the 2024 year. The comprehensive and strategy-driven F&I training class will be held Feb. 6-8 in Indianapolis, Ind.
“We look forward to helping F&I departments start 2024 off strong with this class,” said Dom Zappia, lead instructor and RV and Marine industry expert. “Training is crucial for dealership revenue and customer retention, and participants will learn the importance of structuring deals to maximize product offerings and how to overcome objections.”
