‘State of Buy-Sell RV Market’ Webinar Scheduled for Dec. 14

Three well-known companies in the RV  industry are partnering to host a webinar, scheduled for noon (Central), Dec. 14, on “State of the Buy-Sell RV Market – Everything you Need to Know for a Successful Transaction.”

Brad Stanek, a financial advisor at Morgan Stanley, Jesse Stopnitzky, a partner at Performance Brokerage Services, and Jane Saxon, a partner at Somerset CPAs, will host the webinar to offer participants an inside perspective on financial planning, tax structuring, and business purchase and sales tips to help people navigate the sale or acquisition of a dealership.

Following a record year for acquisitions, conditions are rapidly changing for RV dealership buy-sell activity. If you are looking to either acquire or sell a dealership, the odds are you have questions on how to secure a successful transaction, according to a release.
