Graham Anderson

Network television veteran and founder of Kenect, Graham Anderson, will lead a discussion panel and deliver a separate workshop at the 2022 RV Dealers Convention/Expo. The convention/expo will take place Nov. 7-11 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.

Anderson will host “Service Department Best Practices with Dealers Like You” panel discussion at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 8, in which two dealers will discuss how they manage a service department in a profitable way. The session is part of the fixed operations track. Data indicates that 2022 could be the busiest year in service departments ever. Learning objectives for this session include:

  • How to communicate in a service department
  • How to handle parts purchases and orders when inventory is tight
  • Best ways to upsell in a service department
  • Handling customer frustrations (and avoiding those frustrations)

Next, at 10:15 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 10, Anderson will present “Google Reviews 101 for Trailer Dealers” in the digital marketing track. This seminar will teach some tips on Google reviews for trailer dealers: how to deal with negative reviews, how to get more positive reviews, and everything in between. It will hit the basics and then jump into some advanced tactics.

Learning objectives for this session include:

  • How to deal with negative Google reviews
  • Why Google reviews matter more than other review sites
  • How to get more reviews
  • What to do with a bunch of good reviews once you get them

 About the RV Dealers Convention/Expo

Just as dealerships strive for continuous improvement, the RVDA Convention/Expo Committee is using the same principle when it comes to the RV Dealers Convention/Expo. The education program will provide segmented content based on dealership size, management structure, and revenue in addition to focusing on things dealers have in common.

The annual RVDA Convention/Expo brings together dealers, manufacturers, suppliers, and RV industry business partners for the premier dealer education and networking event of the year.
