Horizon Global Names Kennedy Interim President, CEO

PLYMOUTH, Mich. – Horizon Global Corporation (NYSE: HZN), announced late Monday (Nov. 21) that the company’s Board of Directors appointed John C. Kennedy as Interim President and Chief Executive Officer. Kennedy will continue to serve as Chair of the Board. This appointment follows the board’s acceptance of Terrence G. Gohl’s resignation from his executive positions and as a director.

Horizon Global is home to some of the world’s most recognized brands in the towing and trailering industry, including Draw-Tite, Reese, Westfalia, BULLDOG, Fulton and Tekonsha. Horizon Global has approximately 3,500 employees.
