Giant RV Recognized as No. 1 RV Dealership in California

Giant RV of Montclair, Calif., announced it was recognized as the No. 1 dealer for all RVs in California for 2022 by Statistical Surveys Inc., the Grand Rapids, Mich.-based provider of retail registrations and consumer data for the RV industry.

The recognition comes for the same year that Giant RV also was named a Blue Ribbon Dealer for being among the top five honorees in the RVBusiness Top 50 Dealer Awards for 2022.

Saying that Giant RV strives hard to be the best it can be for its employees and customers, Frankie Barouti, president of Giant RV credits the dealership’s success to his late father, Bob Barouti, who founded the business nearly 40 years ago and passed away in May of 2022.

“This only happened because of my late father,” Frankie Barouti told RVBusiness. “He always taught us to be kind and courteous to each other at work. And he always said that every customer that comes in the dealership should be treated like they are family. This will always be the way we carry on his legacy. I’m sure that, as he looks down on us from heaven, he is proud of his team and myself.

“He had a lot of slogans and one that sticks with me – the one I think about all the time – is, ‘Nothing in life that’s good comes easy,’ meaning you will always work hard for anything that’s good,’” Barouti concluded.
