Lippert Team Rallies to Serve During National Volunteer Week – RVBusiness – Breaking RV Industry News
ELKHART, Ind. – For the sixth year running, Lippert Components, Inc. (Lipper), a supplier of a broad array of highly engineered components for the leading original equipment manufacturers in the recreation and transportation product markets and the related aftermarkets of those industries, proudly participated in National Volunteer Week.
From April 21–25, 2025, Lippert team members across the country stepped up once again to serve their neighbors, demonstrating the company’s Core Value of Caring About People. The heart of this year’s efforts was the Lippert Volunteer Week Pack-Out, held at the Elkhart County Fairgrounds. Over five evenings, team members packed 108,000 food and personal hygiene items to be distributed across six Indiana counties — Elkhart, Starke, LaPorte, Kosciusko, St. Joseph, and Marshall — through Lippert’s continued partnership with the Food Bank of Northern Indiana (FBNI).
“Volunteer Week has become one of the most powerful reflections of who we are at Lippert,” said Kara Bauman, Director of Corporate & Community Impact. “Each year, I’m moved by the incredible compassion and generosity of our team members. In just seven days, we see thousands of small acts of kindness come together to create something truly meaningful. It’s not just about the boxes we pack or the hours we invest; it’s about showing up for others with open hands and open hearts. I’m endlessly grateful to every person who gave their time and energy to make a difference this week.”
In addition to the Pack-Out, Lippert team members participated in local service projects globally, selecting causes close to their hearts and supporting the communities they call home. From organizing cleanup efforts to supporting nonprofit partners, volunteers gave their time and energy in ways that reflect Lippert’s mission to build strong communities through service.
Now in its sixth year, Lippert’s participation in National Volunteer Week is more than a tradition; it’s a cornerstone of the company’s broader commitment to philanthropy, community engagement, and social impact.
