Bell Camper Sales Acquires Tulsa RV & Marine in Oklahoma – RVBusiness – Breaking RV Industry News

Performance Brokerage Services, one of North America’s highest volume dealership brokerage firms, announced the sale of Tulsa RV & Marine in Catoosa, Okla., from Craig & Viktoriya Goldrich to Bell Camper Sales.
This acquisition was first announced on Feb. 18 (see: “Okla.-Based Bell Camper Sales Acquires Tulsa RV & Marine”).
Tulsa RV & Marine is a family-owned and operated RV dealership established in 2009 by Craig Goldrich, according to a release. Located on nearly 13 acres with frontage along Interstate 44, Tulsa RV & Marine serves the greater Tulsa market, with a population of approximately 800,000, and averages around $30M in total revenue. The dealership features 16 service bays and offers a range of brands from Forest River, Keystone, Thor, East to West, and more.
Craig and his wife, Viktoriya, will continue to operate Joplin RV & Marine in Joplin, Missouri.
After the sale of Tulsa RV & Marine, Viktoriya Goldrich shared, “I’d like to extend my gratitude to Jesse Stopnitzky of Performance Brokerage Services. Finding a business professional that you can trust and fully depend on is no easy task, which made Jesse stand out from the get-go. I never expected to be made to feel like we’re a priority 24/7, yet Jesse made himself available quite literally 24/7; after hours, even at 11:00 PM, on the weekends, and even while vacationing with his family! You don’t come across this level of support these days, and that puts Jesse in a league of his own. It also wasn’t about the money for Jesse – he genuinely wanted to help, even if the transaction was pivoting to an area less beneficial for his compensation. It was a lengthy journey, consisting of nearly a year of work, trials, and tribulations, yet Jesse stopped at nothing to make it happen. After the transaction closed, Jesse continued to check in, ensuring that everything was addressed and offering kind words of wisdom and congratulations.”
Goldrich continued, “If you’re looking to buy or sell a dealership, I promise you that you won’t find a better person to handle your transaction! Not only will Jesse help accomplish your goals, but you’ll gain a friend for life. Seeing Jesse go above and beyond for our family ensured that he will be our only go-to person for any future sales and acquisitions. When it comes to your livelihood, you need to partner with someone you can trust, and I’d vouch for Jesse every time. I hope I can help other business owners make one of the best decisions, to hire Jesse for all of their sale and acquisition needs! Thank you, Jesse, for your wisdom, immense support, unparalleled professionalism, and, most importantly, your friendship!”
Over the last 5 years, Performance Brokerage Services has advised on the sale of over 300 dealerships, making it the highest volume dealership brokerage firm in North America. Jesse Stopnitzky, Co-Owner and Director of the RV Division for Performance Brokerage Services was the exclusive sell-side advisor for this transaction.
Jesse Stopnitzky commented, “Having been friends with Craig and Viktoriya Goldrich for many years, it was special to guide them through the sale of their dealership in Tulsa. Divesting of this business allows them to focus their energy on Joplin RV, a state-of-the-art dealership that they have poured their hearts into. We wish Steve and Lane Bell much success as they expand their footprint and bring their model of excellence to a much larger market. Our ability to identify the unique purchaser for our clients remains an integral part of our philosophy. By prospecting buyers who are highly motivated, but also the right cultural fit, we can accomplish a win-win for all parties involved.”
Bell Camper Sales, established in 1967, is the oldest RV dealership in Oklahoma. It began when Blackie and Nadine Bell started selling truck campers from their downtown automotive upholstery shop in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. As the business grew, they shifted focus to the expanding mobile travel industry, phasing out their upholstery work.
Steve Bell returned to the family business in 1985 after graduating from Oklahoma State University, and he and his wife, Kim, became second-generation owners the following year, allowing Blackie and Nadine to retire. Their son, Lane Bell, joined the business in 2009 after gaining management experience at larger dealerships in Tennessee and Texas, and has since become a third-generation owner.
Over 70% of Bell Camper Sales’ business comes from repeat customers and referrals, a testament to their dedication to customer satisfaction. In 2018, they were awarded Best of Bartlesville in the RV Dealers category.
After acquiring Tulsa RV & Marine, Lane Bell shared, “The process of purchasing Tulsa RV & Marine was seamless, thanks to Jesse Stopnitzky and Performance Brokerage Services. Their expertise in the RV industry and dedication to facilitating a smooth transaction were invaluable. Jesse’s guidance throughout the process ensured that all parties involved were satisfied with the outcome, and his professionalism made the entire experience both positive and efficient.”
Lane Bell also commented, “We believe in the freedom and lifestyle that RVs offer, and we are dedicated to creating a welcoming environment for both our team and our customers. Together, we will focus on integrity, respect, and a shared passion for the RV experience as we move forward, building upon more than five decades of expertise in the industry. The decision to acquire Tulsa RV was made because it presented an excellent opportunity to further expand Bell Camper Sales’ presence in the Tulsa area. As the oldest RV dealership in Oklahoma, Bell Camper Sales has been a trusted name in the RV community since 1967. This acquisition allows us to bring our decades of experience and commitment to customer satisfaction to this market.”
Craig & Viktoriya Goldrich and Lane & Steve Bell were represented by Monica Hoenshell with Calvert Law in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Tulsa RV & Marine will be renamed Bell Camper Sales of Tulsa and will remain at its current location at 20213 East Admiral Place in Catoosa, Oklahoma.
