Alliance RV Honors Tenured Team Members with Bonuses – RVBusiness – Breaking RV Industry News
ELKHART, Ind. – Alliance RV Co-Founders Coley and Ryan Brady are announced in a press release the launch of an annual recognition and $5,000 bonus for team members on their milestone anniversaries of 5,10,15, 20, and 25 years.
Reflecting on this new program Coley Brady remarked, “This is much more than just a monetary award, it’s about recognizing our team members. These individuals have demonstrated a dedication to Alliance RV and our core values and are instrumental in driving the company mission statement of ‘Do The Right Thing’. We are grateful for their commitment.”
The initial group of recognized team members included individuals who started with the company in 2019 when Alliance RV was a start-up manufacturer based out of a 20,000-square-foot facility. Many of them took a leap of faith to join the manufacturer before the first Alliance RV was even built. Ryan Brady commented, “Our team is the greatest strength of Alliance RV. As an independent manufacturer, we remain committed to fostering a culture where our team understands they are valued and appreciated. We are proud of everyone at Alliance RV and we look forward to celebrating anniversaries for years to come.”
