We’re back for another round up of the latest news from the RV and camping industries. With the holidays closing in, it is a busy time for all of us, so here are a few things you may have missed this week:

  • Remote Vans Comes to California: Cincinnati-based Remote Vans—a manufacturer of Class B adventure vehicles—has joined forces with Happy Daze RV to bring its RVs to California. The custom-built camper vans include a plethora of outstanding features, like queen-size beds, indoor showers, and built-in Starlink connectivity. Thanks to this new partnership, those rugged vehicles will soon ba available on Happy Daze lots in Sacramento, Gilroy, Bakersfield, and Ripon, bringing these outstanding models to a wider audience.
  • Liquified RV is Giving Away an Alliance Delta ML206 Travel Trailer: This week, Liquified RV, which is been known for selling a variety of cleaning products for you RV, announced that it is giving away an Alliance Delta ML206 towable valued at over $43,000. The contest will run between now and May 31 of 2025, with participants having multiple ways of entering. For instance, RVers can fill out a short survey on the company’s website, which earns them five entries into the drawing. They can also gain additional opportunities to win by following Liquified on its social media outlets,uploading photos of the brands products, sharing receipts for purchasing those products, leaving reviews, and sharing referral links.   • Winnebago Among “America’s Most Responsible Companies”: For the third consecutive year, Winnebago has made the list of America’s Most Responsible Companies for 2025. The list is compiled annually by Newsweek and takes into account an organization’s corporate responsibility in the areas of the environment, social, and corporate governance. Over 2,000 publicly traded companies are assigned a numerical rating for those areas, with those numbers being tallied up to determine who makes the cut. A reputation survey of the brands is also taken into account, with over 26,000 people sharing their thoughts and opinions. Congrats to our friends at Winnebago for once again earning this outstanding honor.
  • Tiffin Launches “Tiffin Talks” Video Series: Ever wanted to take a peek behind the curtain at Tiffin Motorhomes? If so, the company’s new video series—dubbed “Tiffin Talks”—may be what you’ve been looking for. The new video clips take us behind the scenes at the comopany, where you’ll see Bob, Leigh, Van, and Trent Tiffin sit down to discuss customer service, quality, product development, and more. You can watch the first video above and look for more on the official Tiffin YouTube channel.
  • Online Outdoor Accommodations Site Makes Bold Travel Predictions for 2025: Pitchup.com, and online resource for finding and booking campsites, cabins, and other outdoor accommodations in more than 65 countries has shared some predictions for what to expect in 2025. The company saw mover five million online bookings last year and expects even more next year. Combing through the data collected, the website says we can expect to see a boom in culinary-driven camping where making top-notch food is a big part of the experience. Analysts also say retro motorhomes and travel trailers are all the rage at the moment, as is eschewing glity parties in favor of more intimate gatherings at a campsite. You can also expect a continued rise in winter adventures, more opportunities for upscale glamping, and campers embracing “social nudity.” We did mention Pitchup operates in a lot of different countries, right?   • Gulf Stream Coach Leans into Trail Boss Series for 2025: Family-owned Gulf Stream Coach is going all out with its Trail Boss off-road towable in 2025. The company is adding two new floorplans for next year and is stepping up production to meet consumer demand. The trailer starting weight is about 1,500 lbs., allowing it to be towed by a wide variety of vehicles. It also features a solar power energy management system, abundant ground clearance, rugged off-road tires, and a refrigerator built for camping off-grid. Prices start at $17,000.  The new 170RQ model even has a walk-around queen bed, a full bath, and a kitchen. Check it out here.

  • Grounded RV Launches an Electric Camping Trike: We’ve been following the progress of Grounded RV for a couple of years now, watching as the startup brings some compelling electric campers to the market. But this past week, the company revealed what just might be its most unique and interesting model yet. The vehicle in question is called the Grounded T1 and it consists of a small and lightweight towable attached to an electric trike. A small living space is found inside the trailer, with what is described as an “efficient interior design.” The camper reportedly has a range of 150 miles, comes with 500W of solar on the roof, and ships with Starlink satellite internet. Inside, a seating area converts to a bed and a kitchenette includes an induction stove, a fridge, and a sink. A dry-flush toilet is optional. Pricing starts at $30,000. Find out more here.

  • Airxcel Show Commitment to Sustainability: RV Products, which is a sub-brand of Airxcel that includes Coleman-Mach, Maxxair, and Solace, showed that the company is dedicated to maintaining environmental sustainability. This week, it announced the completion of a clean energy product that began early in the year and concluded with 72 solar panels getting installed on its manufacturing facility in Wichita, Kansas. According to a press release, the solar farm now generates a “substantial portion” of the facility’s needs, covering most of the power required at the site. The company has also installed LED lighting throughout the building to further reduce energy consumption and is exploring opportunities to fill its own propane tanks, adding additional efficiencies.
  • Jayco Has Successful Dealership Training: Over the past two weeks, Jayco has held two sessions of its annual Marketing and Skills Training for Excellence in RV Sales seminar. The program is mainly aimed at dealers, with the goal of providing knowledge and experience that can assist in the sale and service departments. This year, the RV brand was happy to welcomed more than 350 different dealers to the training, with over 100 Jayco employees assisting in the process. Attendees who completed the course took part in a graduation ceremony at the end and walked away with framed diplomas indicating their success.
