River Dolphin Can’t Take a Hint, Keeps Harassing Black Caiman

“Oh to be an Amazon River dolphin gently harassing a large black caiman in a beautiful blackwater river” . . . it does look picturesque, doesn’t it? But that dolphin has guts to keep after the caiman. Even though the caiman keeps swatting the pink river dolphin away with its huge tail, the playful dolphin doesn’t seem to get the hint. (Everyone with kids can relate.)

Someone was there to capture a video of the humorous interaction, and @SouthApe posted it to X. We wonder if the caiman eventually reminded the dolphin which one of them has a stronger bite, or if continued to treat the dolphin like a horse swatting at a fly until the dolphin got bored and moved on.
