HOUSTON and GEORGETOWN, Texas – Blue Water RV has announced a partnership with a local cancer center and the expansion of one of its resorts, both events taking place in Texas.
Patients at a local cancer center in Houston are finding an unconventional way to save on housing costs. Jetstream Med Center RV Resort, managed by Blue Water, has witnessed this transformative impact firsthand, currently housing approximately 60 cancer patients and their family members. With fully equipped bathhouses, laundry facilities, and outdoor spaces amenities including pools and BBQ Grills, the resort offers patients a comfortable, home-like environment that meets their personal needs while supporting their healthcare experience. Additionally, a shuttle service, launching soon, will take guests directly to the local cancer center.

Blue Water Development also announced the completion of a significant expansion to its Jetstream Resort at Stone Oak Ranch, near Georgetown, now open to the public.
Funded and managed by CityStreet Residential, the expansion is adding 200 additional RV spaces and 27 tiny home spaces. The expanded amenities also include a pavilion, beer garden, lazy river, outdoor cabana with grills, playground, numerous gathering areas, and upgraded pool.

Jetstream Resort at Stone Oak Ranch will host a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on December 11, 2024, from 11 AM to 1 PM, in partnership with Leander Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Center. The event will feature a light lunch, guided tours of the resort, and giveaways. The Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will begin at 11 AM, followed by tours of the new facilities. Guests can RSVP here.
