Winnebago Names Flying W Dealer Excellence Awards for 2024 – RVBusiness – Breaking RV Industry News
EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. – The Flying W Award was introduced six years ago to recognize Winnebago dealer locations that delivered the highest service excellence and superior customer satisfaction over the previous 12-month period, according to a release from Winnebago.
2024 Flying W scores for each dealer location are based primarily on customer feedback collected by the Purchase & Delivery Survey and Warranty Service Survey. These surveys are automatically sent to owners immediately after these important experiences. This year, sales performance and WinnLeads response also factored into the 2024 awards.
Winning dealer locations will receive an exclusive Flying W Award kit that includes a Flying W banner, certificate, and decal.
Flying W Dealers will be publicly recognized by the following:
- Winnebago Website: A Flying W icon aligned with winning dealers in the online Dealer Locator.
- Flying W Press Release: A release will be sent to RVBusiness, RV News and RV Pro.
- A customizable press release for dealers to send to their local media.
