WATCH: Black Bears Get Super Friendly in Front of a Trail Cam

Two black bears—one with black fur and one with cinnamon-colored fur—got playful in front of a trail cam in the Yukon wilderness. The video by Yukon Wildlife Cams shows highlights from a 10-hour window in the Yukon, a territory in the northwest corner of Canada that borders Alaska. At the start of the video, a couple of black bears wrestle, tackle, and more. Are they playing? Foreplaying? Maybe both?

The black-colored black bear seems to be the dominant one of the pair . . . that is, until the cinnamon-colored black bear goes for a surprise tackle. The video also shows a lynx and a moose, which also passed by the camera during this particular timeframe.

“In just a ten hour window in mid-June, a pair of differently colored black bears playing, or foreplaying, a nighttime lynx, and an early morning moose visited this site,” says Yukon Wildlife Cams in a Facebook caption.
