Strollos Among Blue Compass RV’s Leadership Promotions

Blue Compass RV announced the promotion of Don Strollo to Senior Vice President of Sales & Dealership Operations. In addition, Anthony Sahli has been promoted to Southeast Region President and Mark Strollo to Northeast Region President.

“With our tremendous growth and the Blue Compass brand rollout in 2023 I am excited for Don to take on a larger role,” Ferrando stated. “Don will lead our sales operations to drive sales growth while elevating the customer experience and our standards of excellence in dealership operations across our over 100 stores in 33 states. Since we became business partners in 2018, Don has led our largest and fastest growing East Region, which has delivered exceptional results.”

With Strollo’s promotion, the East Region will be divided into two regions. The Southeast Region will be led by Sahli, who has served as the company’s Florida Market Vice President. The Northeast Region will be led by Mark Strollo, who has served as the Northeast Market Vice President. Don Strollo and all region leaders will report to Ferrando.
