Overview

The Seven Points Campground is located at 1810 Stewarts Ferry Pike, Hermitage, TN 37076. It’s close to the northern edge of J. Percy Priest Lake, and downtown Nashville is less than 30 minutes away.

The lake is also home to a massive dam, which was created to preserve the lake and provide a beautiful place where people could enjoy the water. Recreation was a key element to the creation of the J. Percy Priest Dam. There are miles of calm water to enjoy, as well as a variety of natural areas and wildlife preserves. This campground puts you in the perfect spot to swim, fish, or just enjoy strolls along the lakeside.

The Seven Points Campground is a seasonal park, and it’s open from March 1 to October 30. This window covers the peak travel season for most RVers, so you should definitely keep this park on your list of places to visit!

There are 58 sites at this location, so it’s definitely on the smaller side. But if you need a peaceful getaway, this can be a good thing! All the sites have hookups for water and electricity, but there are no sewage connections available here. Amenities

This RV park is fairly simple, but it provides all the necessities for visitors to enjoy. In addition to the hookups and dump station, the park also offers flush toilets and hot showers. Laundry facilities are also available on-site so you can clean your clothes without leaving the sanctuary of the park.

Pets are welcome at all of the campsites and there’s plenty of paths and green spaces for them to stretch their legs and enjoy the area. Just be sure to keep them on the leash if you want to keep them dry! Many of the sites overlook the water, so they might be tempted to take a splash when they see the beautiful lake at their doorstep.

The RV sites also have paved parking spaces so you won’t need to worry about uneven gravel or muddy conditions. They’re nicely shaded as well, which is important once those Tennessee summers hit! Many sites also come with picnic tables. In addition, there are two large picnic shelters in the park, so you can host large get-togethers with friends and family.

A short, scenic hike is available close to the campground as well. Just head to the Three Hickories Nature Trail and walk 1.6 miles through a beautiful forest.
