RVDA Releases Exhibitor Prospectus for ’23 Convention/Expo

FAIRFAX, Va. – RVDA, the National RV Dealers Association, has released its exhibitor prospectus for companies interested in taking part in the 2023 RV Dealers Convention/Expo at Paris Las Vegas, Nov. 6-10, 2023.

The prospectus includes a full listing of sponsorships, partnerships, Vendor Training +Plus, and booth pricing for 2023.

Industry vendors can choose among unique sponsorship and partnership opportunities that. allow companies to connect with top RV dealers in the U.S. and Canada and spotlight their brand. Sponsors and partners for the RV Dealers Convention/Expo will receive priority when choosing booth space. Prospective vendors can apply now to exhibit and will be able to choose their space once partners and sponsors are placed. Exhibiting at the live event also includes a bonus of virtual booth space that will remain online through Jan. 31, 2024.

Vendors can also host popular live and virtual Vendor Training +Plus (VTP) sessions. VTP sessions offer companies the opportunity to present their own content and provide attendees with in-depth product or service information, educational demos, or case studies, for an additional charge.

In addition to promotional and networking opportunities available throughout the week at Paris, a virtual booth component offers an affordable way for exhibitors to digitally connect with RV dealers. The flexible design includes video, email, appointment scheduling, and live chat, and offers brochures and other promotional materials for direct download. Exhibiting companies will be searchable by company name, product/service category, and keywords.
