Spader, NCM Give Update on Integration Following Acquisition – RVBusiness – Breaking RV Industry News
Editor’s Note: The following press release was issued today (June 10) by Paul Faletta, president and CEO opf NCM Associates and John Spader, former president of Spader Business Management and senior adviser to NCM.
As many of you know, Spader Business Management was acquired by NCM Associates on August 31, 2022 (read the press release here). Throughout the last 20 months, our teams have collaborated closely to enhance processes and share valuable insights, keeping you informed through periodic updates. Today we want to let you know about the next phase of our integration, which will include transitioning the Spader name and logo to NCM Associates. We are genuinely excited about the opportunities our two organizations working together as one will bring to you.
As both companies have progressed and expanded, we have recognized the importance of aligning our brands with our mission, vision, and values, while integrating the Spader and NCM teams to better cater to our clients’ evolving needs. The NCM brand reflects our shared dedication to innovation, customer satisfaction, and, most importantly, serving as your trusted partner and guiding North Star in helping you succeed every day.
In the coming months, you will notice the Spader name and logo transitioning to NCM Associates across various assets, including products, billing, emails, workshop materials, 20 Group meeting materials, the Spader website, social media channels, and more. While we strive to make this transition seamless and swift, you may see both names/logos as we work towards updating to NCM Associates.
What does this mean for you? Rest assured that our dedication to delivering exceptional products / services and outstanding customer experiences remains persistent. Although the Spader name is changing, our team remains the same and continues to grow, ensuring our commitment to serving you with excellence remains unchanged. John Spader will be stepping out of operations but will maintain his role as a Senior Advisor offering guidance to the NCM team as we consolidate into a single brand and merge operations.
