RVWA Announces Educational Symposium Tickets are on Sale – RVBusiness – Breaking RV Industry News
OSCEOLA, Ind. – The RV Women’s Alliance (RVWA) announced in a press release that tickets are now on sale for the 3rd Annual Educational Symposium, set to take place on Oct. 16-17.
“A cornerstone program of the Alliance, this year’s event carries the compelling theme: ‘Empowerment Through Expression: Finding and Using Your Unique Voice,’” the release stated.
“This focus hinges on the power of confidently expressing yourself and truly understanding your audience,” says RVWA Chair Denise Chariya of THOR Industries. “Mastering the art of communication not only strengthens your leadership abilities but also cultivates effective teamwork, ultimately adding immense value to both you and your organization.”
This year, RVWA has partnered with the Moxie Institute, a leader in corporate training and professional coaching. Renowned for their purpose-driven approach in breakthrough business communication, media training and speaker coaching, the Moxie Institute integrates the latest research in adult learning theory and neuroscience. Their expertise is expected to elevate employee engagement, improve communication, upskill teams, and develop world-class communicators.
“We are really elevating the education this year by bringing in the Moxie Institute,” says Co-Chair of the symposium taskforce, Kelly Mosher of Forest River. “Moreover, our keynote speaker, Amanda Gore, will speak on ‘The Power of JOY! She’s not one you’ll want to miss.’”
The highly anticipated awards banquet is scheduled for the end of the second day, where individuals and companies will be recognized for their contributions and commitment to the RV industry, fostering an environment where women can thrive.
Although the symposium will remain centrally located in Chicago, the venue has been changed to the Westin Chicago North Shore.
“To ensure our members can participate affordably, we continuously seek sponsors who share our commitment to Elevate, Educate, and Empower our members. This support is vital to fostering a thriving, diverse, and inclusive industry,” says Susan Carpenter, RVWA President.
