Pamela VanderMel Named Vice President of Warranty at Lippert – RVBusiness – Breaking RV Industry News
ELKHART, Ind. – Lippert Components, Inc., has announced the promotion of Pamela VanderMel to Vice President of Warranty.
Pamela VanderMel brings over two decades of experience and dedication to her new role. Since beginning her journey with Lippert in 2002 as an inaugural member of the Lippert Customer Support Services Team, VanderMel has consistently demonstrated her unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Throughout her tenure, VanderMel has held pivotal roles within the company, including Customer Service Manager and General Manager of Plant 39. As the Director and later Senior Director of Warranty, she has spearheaded numerous initiatives focused on product improvement, safety, OEM relations, vendor recovery and warranty administration.
In her new capacity as Vice President of Warranty, VanderMel will assume broader responsibilities, overseeing warranty operations across all product segments. Her role will encompass enhancing customer support services and strengthening interactions with customers at every level.
