News Report: KOA Pays Over $13M for Resort in Nashville

Kampgrounds of America Inc. now owns a riverfront RV park in Nashville, Tenn., steps away from a proposed development, according to the Nashville Business Journal.
The campground operator, which owns more than 500 locations across North America, paid $13.7 million for Nashville RV Resort and Cabins at 2572 Music Valley Drive, according to recently filed deeds.
Members of Tennessee’s Gleaves family owned the 33-acre property since 1986, according to Metro records.
