Ultra-Fab Initiates Authorized Reseller Policy to Fight Fraud
ELKHART, Ind. – Ultra-Fab, which provides solutions for leveling, lifting and stabilizing RVs, has announced the release and implementation of an Authorized Reseller Policy.
“We have noticed a serious increase in resellers offering product that they claim is Ultra-Fab at prices that are sometimes below our cost,” Raymond Padgett, vice president of sales for Ultra-Fab, stated in a release. “To make sure that legitimate resellers don’t have to compete with what we assume to be either counterfeit items or someone practicing some other type of predatory commerce, we have decided to implement a policy where resellers/retailers must be approved and authorized to sell Ultra-Fab products. The good news is that all brick-and-mortar dealerships are immediately authorized as we haven’t seen any problems there.”
“Ultra-Fab is well known for quality products, it is our brand identity,” noted Brian Allred, vice president of marketing for Ultra-Fab. “This can be seen by our warranties which are typically the longest available, and by features we put into our products that no one else provides. Since we are quality, we want to make sure that our resellers make appropriate margins and that our retail customers are pleased with the level of service those resellers provide.”
