WACO Campground Convention Kicks Off Today in Stevens Point – RVBusiness – Breaking RV Industry News
The Wisconsin Association of Campground Owners (WACO) kicks off its annual conference and tradeshow today (March 13) in Stevens Point, Wis.
The show runs through Sunday.
One of the largest state-run conferences in the country, last year the show had over 160 vendors and organizers are expecting more of the same this year.
The conference kicks off today with a variety of educational sessions and a lunch and learn opportunity focused on “taking a hard look in the mirror” when it comes to operating a business, hosted by WACO Executive Director Lori Severson.
Tonight a welcome reception will be held and a fun team challenge.
On Thursday, another full day of educational sessions is set to be held, along with a leadership panel discussion, an OHI update opportunity, a session on legislative updates and a PAC auction.
