“RV dealerships need to ensure that their qualified individual is ready to address the written status report for the board of directors or other governing body. This webinar will provide important guidance on how to evaluate overall compliance with the FTC Safeguards Rule and prepare the annual report and the required content it should include,” commented Stephen Troy, Director of Product Technology at KPA
“RVDA continues to work with its partners to keep dealers informed about the FTC Safeguards Rule. KPA is a great resource to help dealers stay in compliance with federal regulations,” said RVDA President Phil Ingrassia.
Earlier this year, RVDA kicked off a new series of webinars known as “Help Me Solve…” featuring RVDA endorsed providers, to help address common questions, identify solutions, and develop best practices. The endorsed partnership between RVDA and KPA provides dealers with access to a comprehensive suite of solutions for environment, health, and safety (EHS) and workforce compliance.
