Camping World Set to Acquire Roth RV’s 3 Minn. Locations – RVBusiness – Breaking RV Industry News
LINCOLNSHIRE, IL – Camping World Holdings Inc. (NYSE: CWH), the “World’s Largest Recreational Vehicle Dealer,” today announced that it is set to acquire Roth RV, with locations in Bemidji, Grand Rapids, and Deerwood, MN.
The transaction is anticipated to close in the second quarter of 2024 and will increase the company’s Minnesota location count to 11, according to a release.
