Longtime technology leader David Darrell will take a timely look at cybersecurity during a workshop in the dealer/GM education track at the 2022 RV Dealers Convention/Expo. The convention/expo will take place Nov. 7-11 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.

“Cybersecurity: Who’s Actually Accountable?” takes place at 2 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 10. This session will cover dealer management systems and who’s going to protect your business from a ransomware attack.

Learning objectives for this session include:

  •  What is cybersecurity, and why it should be a priority?
  • Who within the organizations are accountable for cybersecurity?
  • Who is at risk of attack?

David has more than 25 years’ experience and is director of Cloud Operations with Integrated Dealer Systems.

 About the RV Dealers Convention/Expo

Just as dealerships strive for continuous improvement, the RVDA Convention/Expo Committee is using the same principle when it comes to the RV Dealers Convention/Expo. The education program will provide segmented content based on dealership size, management structure, and revenue in addition to focusing on things dealers have in common.

The annual RVDA Convention/Expo brings together dealers, manufacturers, suppliers, and RV industry business partners for the premier dealer education and networking event of the year.
