How to Measure
- Park the trailer on a level, flat, solid surface.
- Chock and uncouple the trailer.
- Place the SIMPLE WEIGH scale directly below the trailer coupler.
- Slowly retract the tongue jack until the jack foot is about 1” above the ground to allow the full weight of the trailer tongue to rest on the scale.
- Read the weight indicated on the scale. This is the tongue weight of the trailer.
