Camping World to Acquire Mount Comfort RV in Greenfield Ind.

LINCOLNSHIRE, Ill. – Camping World Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CWH), the World’s Largest Recreational Vehicle Dealer, today announced that it is set to acquire Mount Comfort RV in Greenfield, Ind., predominantly selling Forest River, Coachmen, Tiffin, Newmar and Winnebago products. The transaction is anticipated to close in the fourth quarter of 2023 and will increase the company’s Indiana location count to three.

Mount Comfort RV is owned by Ken Eckstein and its management staff includes his son, Rusty Eckstein. Mount Comfort is one of only two U.S.-based dealerships to have been named a Top 50 RV Dealer every year the recognition program has been held.

By unofficial count, this acquisition, when complete, would bring Camping World’s footprint to 200 stores and continue an impressive streak of activity in recent weeks.
