NEW ORLEANS, La. – Spot2Nite, a booking platform designed for campgrounds and RV parks, has expanded their technology offerings to the outdoor special event space, according to a press release.
On Oct. 14, a once-in-a-generation annular solar eclipse will cross a small part of North America. Taking place in Klamath County, Ore, just 20 miles from Crater Lake National Park in the heart of the “ring of fire” viewing path, EclipseFest23 will offer 5 days of camping and 3 days of festival activities headlined by a Smash Mouth concert.
Spot2Nite was selected by the event organizers of EclipseFest23 to provide the campsite and ticket booking technology needed to host an anticipated 13,000 attendees. This included developing a custom event profile page, plotting a grid of over 2,000 RV and tent sites for online reservations, as well as crafting the purchase and tracking experience for festival and concert tickets in one seamless shopping cart experience.
